A Nation of Renters

There’s a stigma against renting, in case you haven’t noticed. The common belief is that renting, instead of owning, is a great way to throw away your money. The American Dream, people go on to say, is all but synonymous with accruing wealth through property ownership.

Jim gives his take on this perennial conversation—which is all the more relevant since the current administration has attempted to champion home affordability.
