Kelsey graduated from Denison University with a major in communications. Right out of college, she worked for a SaaS company in the sales and customer success department. For about a year, she made a crushing 80 cold calls a day.
In 2018, she applied to a listing for a sales and marketing internship at LodeStar. Other than co-founders Jim and David, Kelsey, LodeStar’s third hire, is the company’s most senior employee. Over the past four years, Kelsey has rockstar-ed her way up from intern to Director of Customer Success, where she now manages all new client onboarding, training, and support. In 2021, she received an Encompass Administrator Certification from ICE Mortgage Technologies. She loves the people she works with, both clients and co-workers.
Ron graduated from college and entered the workforce during the Great Recession. He began working as a title agent in an agency’s escrow department, where he quickly demonstrated his aptitude for teaching. He was promoted to department trainer and spent two years in that role.
In late 2019, he moved to a software administrative role, where he first became immersed in all things data and fee monitoring. In March of 2021, he joined LodeStar, where he now works as Director of Data Operations. Ron assiduously manages our nationwide fee database, monitors fee changes, and makes sure everything is precisely as it ought to be. Ron loves dogs, cars, and a well-designed Excel spreadsheet.
