For Encompass® EPC users, LodeStar is rolling out a new feature of our Closing Cost Calculator. Closing Clarity is an AI-powered add-on that reads the purchase contract and assigns the transfer tax to the correct payee. We love our Processors, but asking them to find one sentence in a huge contract creates margin for error.
