For this final episode of the Lending Leaders 2024 Summer Session, Jim and Alayna lament the emergence of Halloween candy in grocery stores and reflect on SettleWise’s successes so far.

Fail Fast

In any new venture, regardless of your level of experience, the steps are the same: you try something, you inevitably fail or mess up, you change it, and then you try again. You iterate constantly, and you succeed based on how fast you can put yourself through that process.

Starting a new venture on the back of an established company is no exception. Previous successes don’t guarantee success in the future. At the end of the day, all you have is the process. You need to vet your ideas, put their viability to the test, and be willing to call it if the data demands.
